Jeremy Lin (at PHO, DK - $5,500, FD - $5,300) – There are a few elite options tonight at guard, such as Westbrook with Durant out, but he is extremely expensive, so I’m going to provide the value plays you need to get him. Lin has been locked into big minutes recently, and with Batum questionable and Lamb doubtful, he should see minutes in the 30s again tonight. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 13.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.0 block per game. He has flashed great upside while also being fairly consistent. He gets a great matchup against the Suns, who have been allowing a ridiculous amount of point per game since the Bledsoe injury. Lin should be a safe play again tonight, and he can be used in all leagues.
Norris Cole (vs DAL, DK - $4,500, FD - $4,400) – Cole finally looks healthy, and he has played at least 30 minutes in three consecutive games. In those games, he has scored 44.0, 29.25, and 32.0 fantasy points, which easily exceeds value. He has played well enough to guarantee him minutes for the Pelicans right now, and he gets a great matchup against the Mavs, who have struggled defensively at times this season. Cole has also been shooting around 15 times per game in those three games, and it looks like he’s a much bigger part of the offense. His price tag has yet to reflect his recently production, and he can be used in all leagues.
Anthony Morrow (vs MEM, DK - $3,700, FD - $3,600) – Morrow is a play based on opportunity tonight rather than talent. He’s a pure scorer, and he’s going to play big minutes for the Thunder with Kevin Durant out. In his last start, he recorded 20 points with 1 rebound and 1 steal in 34 minutes. He’ll likely play big minutes once again, and he’ll have a fairly large role in the offense. He comes with a bit of risk because he relies so heavily on scoring, but without many shooters besides Westbrook tonight, Morrow’s role should be safe.
Anthony Davis (vs DAL, DK - $10,300, FD - $10,200 – Davis has certainly had his ups and downs this season, but his upside is undeniable. He plays huge minutes for the Pelicans, and he’s the main focus of their offense. He can contribute in each of the five categories, and he now has four double doubles in his last five games. He gets a good matchup against the Mavs, who he’s averaging 24.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.3 blocks, and 1.0 steal per game against this season. Davis isn’t going to come cheap, but he’s a great alternate to Russell Westbrook if you want to separate your team a bit.
Serge Ibaka (vs MEM, DK - $6,600, FD - $6,500) – It may have been a coincidence, but Ibaka took double digit shots for the first time in four games with Kevin Durant out last game. In that game, he scored 25 points with 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 5 blocks, and 1 steal, which is a significantly better line than each of his nine games before that. He should continue to be a fairly big part of the offense again tonight, while adding rebounds and blocks at a high level. The matchup isn’t ideal, but the Grizzlies have struggled at times against big men this season, and Ibaka makes a great GPP option tonight.
T.J. Warren (vs CHA, DK - $4,900, FD - $4,300) – The Suns haven’t found an answer to the Eric Bledsoe injury, as they have been blown out of games recently, but they are giving Warren fairly big minutes. He struggled against the Lakers, but he was able to score 19 points with 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 steals against the Thunder is a few games prior to that. His minutes aren’t quite guaranteed, which is surprising, but he certainly has great upside potential. He gets a matchup against a slower paced Hornets team, but the Suns push the ball enough that he will have plenty of opportunities, and he’s a good tournament play tonight.
Andre Drummond (at BOS, DK - $9,000, FD - $9,200) – If you have the money for Drummond tonight, it would be wise to spend it on him. The Celtics are experimenting with different starting lineups, but they flat out don’t have anyone that is big enough to guard Andre Drummond. On the season, he’s averaging 19 points, 17 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block, and 2 steals per game in two games against Boston. He should be able to dominate in the paint once again tonight, and he can be used in all leagues.
Jeff Withey (at SA, DK - $4,600, FD - $4,700) – Derrick Favors is projected to miss a few more days and Withey has earned his minutes in the rotation. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 10.0 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.8 blocks, and 1.5 steals per game. He should see 30+ minutes again tonight, and he’s an elite player at blocking shots, while he can also score and rebound at a fairly high rate, as well. He gets a tough matchup against the Spurs, but they have struggled a bit against the center this season, and Withey can be used in all leagues tonight.
