Kyle Lowry - PG (@DEN, FD - $9,000, DK - $8,700) With all of Devers players coming back to health they can now ball again! . So it should be a blowout of the Will Barton show anymore. But with Mudiay back their defense has gone back to god awful against point guards and ranking as the league's worst in the past 10 games. So that being said I expect this to be a game Lowry should see the floor for 35+ minutes and very high upside. The only thing that could be holding him back is, he is having to play at Mile High... That’s kind of a joke.
Khris Middleton - SG (@SAC, FD - $7,300, DK - $7,100) I think Fanduel is done moving him around, as far as position goes. So finally, there are other shooting guards besides Klay, Butler, and DeRozan. There is no line for this game yet, as vegas waits for Cousin news, but I would expect it to be a mid or high 200s. But with the Kings being statistically the worst so far this year against giving up 3PTs to SGs, I would expect to see some flying from Middleton. He should be a great play here and I am all for him in all formats. Has yet to see less than 30 minutes in the last 15 games.
John Wall - PG (@OKC, FD - $9,800, DK - $9,400) "Oh boy" this game is going to be one high scoring game! I also want to throw this out there, Westbrook is playing - so you should look at him. But besides Westbrook, Wall is going to have to good chance to match Russell. Russell isn’t a top defender in any way, so with the pace and upside with Wall, he could be knocking in the high 50s tonight. The only scary part about Wall is he has been playing very poorly. To the point that makes him more GPP play than a cash. If he shoots anything like he has been then the Wizards could lose control of this game very quickly. So walk the Wall with caution.
Kawhi Leonard - SF(vs ORL, FD - $7,300, DK - $8,300) Just going to point this out now, I don’t like Kawhi on DK at all. His price is so stupid high for someone who has been just so average fantasy wise. On Fanduel though for his price he is a lot more tempting. Orlando has been getting destroyed the past 5 games against small forwards, ranking themselves as the 2nd worst. Now this game has the blowout potential there and ORL being on a back to back. But I don’t think it's going to be that out of hand that we see Pop sit Kawhi the whole 2nd half. I wouldn’t expect a big 50 bomb from Kawhi, but I can see him putting up between 34-39 fantasy points. Which looks better for cash, but he still has upside to excel that projection.
Willy Cauley-Stein - PF/C (vs MIL, FD - $4,100, DK - $5,200) This is more so if Cousins goes out. I am hoping one day they switch Stein to C and Cousins to PF, but I doubt we'll ever see that on FD. But if Cousins is “Out” then I would fire up your Willy’s. His past two games have been god awful, but that’s just the highs and lows of a being a rookie. But when the 40% usage player goes out, it means the usage has to go somewhere. I think Willy will have a great chance to shine in this opportunity. Or he will fall flat on his face and Kosta Koufos will make the most of it and go off. Either way, one of them have to fill the gap against a team who has been struggling in the paint.
Kevin Durant - SF (vs WAS, FD - $10,700 DK - $10,400) Kevin against his future team, the Wizards. Yes, I could get some heat for that, but if he doesn’t stay in OKC he is 10000% going home to the Wizards. As I stated before, this game is going to be pretty back to back. The Wombo-Combo of Westbrook/Durant is do-able once again as they still are the only players on the team (most of the time). If I had to pick who I would take between Durant and Westbrook though I would probably say, Westbrook. Durant is still a good play but come on it's Westbrook.
Andre Drummond - C (@BKN, FD - $8,500 DK - $8,600) Now this matchup to me is fantastic. But he hasn’t completely shown up to these games as much as I have previously thought. I mean 45+ fantasy points a game is showing up, but I mean like a 60 point Drummond which we haven’t seen weeks. I think tonight's the night he does it. If you don’t think so just remember 45+ points in each of the 2 games this year against BKN which is still pretty good. He should have a great night and should entertain him in both formats.
