Top Play: Jrue Holiday- Jrue should be in for a big night without Anthony Davis in the lineup. Most of the usage siphons towards Boogie without AD on the floor but Jrue has the green light to shoot and that just means more shots are available for him to take. He averages almost a FPPM without AD on the floor this season and he will see a ton of volume tonight.
Value Play: De'Aaron Fox- Fox is my favorite player on the Kings tonight and provides the safest floor on their team. Despite coming off the bench this season he has averaged over a 25% usage rate and assist rate and has been heavily involved in their offense. He has the ability to pick up some steals as well and might see inquired minutes given that the Pelicans played a lot of lineups with 3 guards when AD went out the other night.
Top Play: Kent Bazemore- I didn't think I would be writing up Bazemore this early in the season but here we are. Beze has the highest usage rate on the Hawks when playing with the starters without Schroder and if Dennis remains out any longer we will soon see Bazemore's price rise. The Bulls are slightly favored in this game and it should be close meaning that Baze (and prince) are going to have to score to keep up with the likes of Grant and Holiday.
Value Play: Lou Williams- I'm going right back to the well! The Clippers are going to need to score to keep up with Portland tonight and Williams is expected to see increased minutes. He didn't play as many minutes as i thought he would the other night but that hopefully will be corrected tonight and this guy only needs one hot quarter to smash his cheap price tag.
Top Play: Giannis Antetokounmpo- Just play Giannis, I mean really. ABC is putting up Westbrook-like numbers and he is becoming a cash game lock on a nightly basis. Giannis has a near 40% usage rate this season to go along with a 70 TS%. He's pricey, but he's worth it at this point and is the top play on the entire slate.
Value Play: Taurean Prince- As you can tell, the Hawks are the place to look for value today. Prince has a robust 27% usage rate when playing alongside the starter this season and has the ability to rack up peripheral stats, especially with the new scoring system on Fanduel. Just play Giannis, but if you need two then Prince fits in nicely alongside him.
Top Play: Blake Griffin- I really wish that AD was active because Griffin would have flow more under the radar, but here we are. Griffin is doing it all this season for the Clippers boasting a 30% usage rate and a averaging north of a FPPM. He has had some truly monster games against Portland in the pass and if this game stays close watch out!
Value Play: Zach Randolph- Zach Randolph hasn't been amazing this season for the Kings, but his price tag on Fanduel seems a little bit too cheap. He has a 25% usage rate when playing with the starters and the absence of AD help out ZBo. This is mainly a Fanduel only play based off price, he's more accurately priced on the other sites.
Top Play: Boogie Cousins- This one is obvious as well, right? With Anthony Davis not expected to play it's hard to not hit the lock button on Boogie tonight. His usage balloons even higher without AD on the floor and he sports a near 70 TS% on the season when playing without Davis on the court. We also have the narrative of him playing his old team, and doesn't it seem like Boogie is the type to take revenge games serious?
Value Play: Dewayne Dedmon- This isn't a sexy play at all, but if you really need some value at the Center position it's probably Dedmon. They will need his size against Robin Lopez and Dedmon is already averaging 25 minutes per game this season. At his cheap price tag you have to feel decent that he can reach value in 27+ minutes, but I really would rather just play Boogie.
