FanDuel Value Plays
QB Colin Kaepernick ($7200): 23.22
RB Tim Hightower ($6100): 16.7
RB Devontae Booker ($7000): 3.5
WR Donte Moncrief ($6100): 13
WR Michael Thomas ($5800): 21.8
TE Kyle Rudolph ($5000): 6.6
Quarterback ($7300 or less)
Trevor Siemian ($7200) @ NO: Trevor Siemian gets one of my favorite matchups for quarterbacks this week against the Saints who are 28th against the pass. Games in the dome almost always shootout and the total opened up at 49. He is a little too cheap in this matchup, but he is good enough where we can feel safe about his value this week.
Running Back ($7000 or less)
Jordan Howard ($6900) @ TB: Jordan Howard broke out on MNF two weeks ago against the Vikings. He gets a matchup with a Tampa Bay defense this week that is ranked 16th against the run. The Buccaneers are not the easiest matchup, but honestly Howard is too good of a player to be priced at $6900.
Darren Sproles ($5100) vs. ATL: Darren Sproles is always a player who will have a high floor due to his involvement in the passing game. He had 9 targets last week, which is insane for a RB. His price is slowly creeping up, but he gets a good matchup this week against the Falcons who are 21st against the run. If the Eagles end up having to come from behind in this one, Sproles will be in for a big day. I prefer him over on DraftKings, but $5100 is WAY too cheap for him on FanDuel.
Wide Receiver ($7000 or less)
Jordan Matthews ($5900) vs. ATL: Jordan Matthews is finally starting to look like the number one receiver that he is expected to be in Philadelphia. The total in this game is set at 50, which is the highest of the week. The Falcons are ranked 22nd against the pass and I really like this matchup for Matthews. He has gotten 25 targets over the last two weeks, and if he gets another 10+ this week, he should be in line for a good game at $5900.
Emmanuel Sanders ($6900) @ NO: Sanders is a good value play to pair with Siemian this week. He easily gats 8-10 targets per game and he should get the easier matchup between him and Thomas with the return to Breaux. His touchdown upside is limited, but if he does find his way into the end zone, it will make for an excellent stack with Siemian.
Tight End ($5000 or less)
Zach Ertz ($4600) vs. ATL: Zach Ertz is back? It is possible, but this is probably a very risky play. He had 8 targets last week and caught all 8 of them for 97 yards. Atlanta is 18th against tight ends, so they aren’t the best. I really think this game has the potential to shoot out, giving Ertz a potentially good fantasy day.
DraftKings Value Plays
QB Ryan Tannehill ($5600): 9.66
RB Tim Hightower ($4000): 17.2
RB Charcandrick West ($4400): 10.4
RB Darren Sproles ($3900): 10.1
WR Tavon Austin ($4200): 2.8
WR Tyrell Williams ($5000): 18.5
TE Kyle Rudolph ($4000): 7.1
Quarterback ($6000 or less)
Marcus Mariota ($5700) vs. GB: Mariota has been playing some of the best football of his career lately, while the Packers have looked terrible over the last few weeks. Although they are ranked 16th against the pass, they are not very good. Mariota is nursing a slight injury, which may decrease his rushing upside, but nonetheless he should be a good play this week.
Running Back ($5000 or less)
Darren Sproles ($4300) vs.
Jonathan Stewart ($4900) vs. KC: The Panthers wont admit it, but they are desperately trying to protect Cam Newton by using Jonathan Stewart more. I don’t usually love to use him because he is a low ceiling play due to his lack of involvement in the passing game, but he is in a good spot this week. The Panthers run a lot more plays when they are at home and the Chiefs are ranked 23rd against the run. Stewart should have a decent game this week.
Wide Receiver ($5500 or less)
Rishard Matthews ($4200) vs. GB: Matthews is coming off a huge game against the Chargers scoring 24.30 points. We can’t expect another game like that, but that shows his upside. I mentioned before that the Packers look bad lately and are 16th against the pass. They are bleeding points to receivers left and right and if Matthews can get 8+ targets against, he will smash value.
Kenny Britt ($4900) @ NYJ: I still do not understand why Britt has not been higher owned this year. He has consistently hit vale week in and week out and I fully expect him to do the same this week. The Jets are one of the worst teams in the league against the pass, and Britt should easily score 10+ fantasy points this week.
Tight End ($4000 or less)
Kyle Rudolph ($3600) @ WAS: He let a ton of people down last week, but last week is in the past and now we focus on week 10. We saw Rudolph’s targets dip down to 3 last week and that is slightly concerning, but this is yet again another good spot for him. The Redskins are 20th in the league against the tight end and I still think Rudolph is slightly too cheap. His target count should rise back up to 6+ this week and if this happens, he will be a good play.
