Main Slate Values
Quarterback ($7500 or less)
Russell Wilson ($7500) @ TB: Second half Russell Wilson is a beast. He led the league in fantasy points by quarterbacks last season and this trend is already starting again this year. He is on fire and gets a great matchup against an average Tampa Bay pass defense. Play him now before his price rises too much.
Running Back ($7000 or less)
Rashad Jennings ($6600) @ CLE: Is Rashad Jennings the true Number one back in New York? Who knows? But if he is, he is in one of the best spots possible for running backs. Cleveland is terrible and you can probably add Jennings to the long list of running backs to have good games against the Browns.
Spencer Ware ($7000) @ DEN: The workload has been inconsistent for Ware lately, but he is actually in a really good spot this week against the Broncos. The general public still hasn’t realized how bad the Broncos actually are against the run (23rd). Value at RB is tough to find as of Tuesday, but I like Ware a ton.
Wide Receiver ($7000 or less)
Tyler Boyd ($5600) & Brandon LaFell ($5100) @ BAL: With injuries to both A.J. Green and Gio Bernard, those targets need to go somewhere. Boyd will likely be chalky this week, but he should easily see the 7+ targets he needs to pay off his cheap price tag. LaFell may see a decent amount of Jimmy Smith, but he did get 9 targets himself last name and opportunity = fantasy points.
Doug Baldwin ($6800) @ TB: Remember when I said Russell Wilson is a beast the second half of the season? Yeah, so is Doug Baldwin. We need to take advantage of these low prices before they rise and I think this will be the last opportunity we will have to do that. Wilson and Baldwin make for a great stack in week 12.
Tight End ($5000 or less)
Gary Barnidge ($4800) vs. NYG: Josh McCown should be back at QB for the Browns, which always makes Barnidge a top play. He LOVES throwing to his best pal Gary, and I can’t see Barnidge having a bad game with McCown under center.
